Consumer’s Law Beginning March 13th, 2010, a new law will go into effect entitling you to cancel any contract with providers such as: Cable companies, Phone companies, Internet Providers, etc., within 14 days of the signing of the contract, without having to give a specific reason.

From now on, you will not be asked to pay for the Ambulance and only then be retroactively given a refund. The rules were finally changed and now, if you need, G-d forbid, an ambulance service, you bring the bill to the “Kupat Holim” and they will pay it IF you are entitled to a refund.
