Driving without a License Card in Your Possession

If a police officer stops you and asks for your driver`s license and it isn`t with you, the officer is not allowed to give you ticket (not anymore) for that. Nor is the officer allowed to request that you go to a police station and present your license there, as was previously done. The police are now able to check your driver`s license validity through the computer in their police car.
